Where we ship

We ship everywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside Canada for now.

Shipping fees

Standard tracked shipping: $5.99 per order.
Free on orders of $75 or more (subtotal before taxes, after discounts).
Personalized products: shipping included in the price shown.

The exact fees are always shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after the order.
Regular items: estimated delivery of 7 to 15 business days after shipping.
Personalized products: made to order in 2 to 7 business days, for an estimated total time of 10 to 30 business days.

These times are estimates. In winter and over the holidays, carriers may take a few extra days. If your order contains several items, it may arrive in several packages.

Order tracking

As soon as your package ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Customs and taxes

Some items are shipped from our partner warehouses abroad. Customs duties and fees are already paid: you have nothing to pay on delivery. Applicable sales taxes (GST, QST or HST) are calculated at checkout.

Shipping address

Double-check your address before paying. If you notice a mistake, write to us quickly: we'll fix it if the package hasn't left yet. A package returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be reshipped for a new shipping fee.

Late, lost or damaged package

If your order isn't delivered within 30 days after the estimated date, or if it arrives damaged, write to us. We'll send you a new package or refund you. See also our return and refund policy.
