1. Who we are

The pawlaire.ca site is operated by Pawlaire, 4595, boulevard Pierre-Le Gardeur, Terrebonne (Quebec) J6V 1J3, Canada. Email: contact@pawlaire.ca. Phone: 514 699-2819. By using this site or placing an order on it, you accept these terms.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, including measurements in centimetres. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Measure your pet using our size guide before you order.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST) and shipping fees are shown separately at checkout before payment. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order at no charge.

4. Ordering and distance contract

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. This email is your copy of the contract and sets out the description of the items, the total price, shipping fees, taxes and estimated delivery times. In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel the contract in the cases it provides for, including if your order is not delivered within 30 days after the scheduled delivery date.

5. Payment

Payment is made when you order, by credit or debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Shopify Payments, a secure payment processor. We never have access to your full card number.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

The terms for shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our shipping policy and our return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Personalized products

By sending us text or a photo for a personalized product, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse content that is offensive, illegal or protected by copyright. This content is used only to make your order.

8. Your pet's safety

Our toys and accessories must be used under your supervision. Choose the right size, check the item's condition regularly and remove it if it is damaged. Our products are not a substitute for a veterinarian's advice.

9. Warranties and liability

Products are covered by the legal warranty provided for by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item in question.

10. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and graphic elements of the site belong to Pawlaire or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

11. Communications

You agree to receive order-related messages by email. You'll receive our newsletters only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
